My Diet Journey (30Days)
Hello Ladies , well it has been a long time , but guess what I'm BACK again :) for more updates and more blogs :) super excited actually this time cause i'm going to blog everyday about my diet journey :)
So today is my first day in my challenge :) i weight 62,5kg :/ that's a big number i feel really bad that i gained that weight, but no more regrets cause i will loose these little tummy fats very soon .
For breakfast i drunk just coffee cause i was in a hurry so i didn't have time to eat.
For lunch i got some grilled tomato and green pepper + brown bread and Hot tea yummy isn't :p

And since I'm really really excited , i went shopping with my husband for some healthy snacks :) and what i really notices is that the prices for healthy food is actually super expensive .
so here is what i got :
- Natural Yogurt: which will help me with digestion
- Bran Flakes With Raisin: which is really healthy for the stomach and it helps me to feel full and not to crave for food like crazy (price: 5,600dt)
- High In Fiber Cookies : they are super delicious for diet food and just one cookie give me satisfaction and i won't have that urge to sugar (price: 5,400dt)
